Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent out in. 2. Email us at with your name, order number, the reason for the return, a picture of the damage (if applicable), and the tracking number for the returned item(s) (if available).

3. Once we receive and verify the return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase.
